A Note from Coach Mac
“The company was officially incorporated in 2006. I started this business because I simply had a “hole” inside me that needed to be filled.
After a 19 year career coaching basketball, I entered private business where I was making more money than I knew what to do with. But simply making money gave me little joy. I was empty. Hungry for the purpose in my life that coaching had given me, I started offering these programs to our area youth on the weekends. I soon discovered there was a strong need amongst our families for a unique program like ours. I made the decision to spend the rest of my life doing what I was passionate about: motivating and teaching youth. The exciting thing was I realized I could make an impressive living, running a business, and doing what I loved. I slipped off my wing tips and replaced them with a whistle.”
